The Flood Watch continues for * portions of South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas, including the following areas, in South Central Kansas, Butler, Cowley, Sedgwick, and Sumner. In Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson. * Through Monday afternoon. * Widespread moderate to heavy rainfall is expected tonight on already saturated grounds. Rainfall amounts through Monday morning are expected to be in the 2 inch range, with locally higher amounts possible. This amount of rain may cause some river flooding as well as flooding of low-lying areas, low water crossings and fields with poor drainage.
