Goddard Academy

Hi.  My name is Kim Lynch.

I am the school nurse at Goddard Academy and the Facilitator of Health Services for the district.

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College in 1995.

I became a Nationally Certified School Nurse in 2021.

 I started with USD 265 in July of 2006. I was hired as the school nurse at Amelia Earhart Elementary where I worked until October 2020.  I was blessed to be able to have my kids attend Earhart when I was there.  When I started, my son Blake was in 4th grade and my daughter Tera was in 2nd grade. Since then they have both graduated from Eisenhower High School.

 I became the Goddard Academy nurse and Facilitator of Health Services in August of 2020. I LOVE being a school nurse and building relationships with students and parents. I always tell people that I have the BEST job!!

 Working in a school district, I am blessed to be surrounded by people who are impacting the lives of students daily. The selflessness of the staff is inspiring. I am continually amazed by educators and community members who always go above and beyond for our students and district.

 I have the opportunity to work with administrators and board members and am forever grateful for their leadership and for putting the needs of students first.

 I am blessed to do a job I love, surrounded by staff that is like family and students who are always the bright spot to my day.
